1. The Offering
The Hinden Salon (“we,” “us,” or “the Salon”) offers a single, authorized on-screen viewing session of an original work by the artist Ian Hinden (“the Work”). By completing a purchase you are paying for a limited access experience — the right to view the Work once on a single device session. You are not purchasing the Work itself, any physical object, any reproduction right, any copyright, any NFT, or any other ownership interest of any kind.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By proceeding to checkout you also agree to Stripe's consumer terms. The Salon does not store your card details. The purchase price is USD $10,000 per session.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because the viewing session is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, no refunds are offered once access has been granted. If you did not successfully access the viewing session after payment, please contact us at Ian@IanHinden.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Work remain with Ian Hinden. Your viewing session does not grant any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from the Work. Unauthorized reproduction is a violation of applicable copyright law.
5. Access Sessions
Viewing access is tied to the Stripe checkout session associated with your purchase. Sessions are non-transferable. The Salon reserves the right to revoke access in cases of suspected fraud or abuse, in which case a full refund will be issued.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Salon's total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid. The Salon makes no warranty regarding investment return, resale value, or critical reception of the Work.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
