The Hinden Salon collects only the minimum information necessary to provide access to your purchased viewing session. This includes:

• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card number, expiry, or CVV. Stripe may collect your email address and billing details during checkout in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
• Session identifiers — we retain the Stripe Checkout session ID associated with your purchase in order to verify and grant viewing access.
• Server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) retained for security and operational purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Verify payment and grant viewing access
• Respond to support inquiries
• Maintain the security and integrity of the service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Stripe

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you complete a purchase, you interact directly with Stripe's hosted checkout. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for information about how they handle your payment data.

4. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Standard session-related browser storage may be used to maintain your viewing session state. Stripe may set cookies during checkout as described in their policy.

5. Data Retention

Session identifiers are retained for as long as necessary to provide access and handle support requests, and then deleted. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.
